RV Women’s Alliance Charitable Foundation Sets “Vintage Golf” Theme for Annual Scramble

The RV Women’s Alliance Charitable Foundation will host its annual Golf Scramble on June 25, at Meadow Valley Golf Club in Middlebury, Indiana, featuring a “Vintage Golf” theme and sponsorship from RVTV.

The event will bring together golfers, supporters and community members for a charitable outing centered on fundraising and industry engagement.

Proceeds from the outing will support the foundation’s initiatives focused on educational opportunities, sponsorships and community building, according to event organizers, with fundraising tied directly to its broader mission within the RV industry community.

Participants are being encouraged to embrace the Vintage Golf theme through retro attire, old-school styling and creatively decorated golf carts.

The event is open to individuals of all genders and skill levels, from experienced golfers to those participating for camaraderie, costumes and support of the foundation’s charitable efforts, while engaging in a shared industry-focused gathering.

The scramble will include a range of activities designed to enhance participation and engagement throughout the event, including door prizes, costume and cart-decorating contests, a 50/50 raffle, mulligan bags, course games and proximity contests.

A catered lunch and beverage carts will also be available to participants during the day.

“This year’s Vintage Golf theme adds a fun, nostalgic touch to a day that already brings people together for such an important cause,” Jennet Lewis, RVWACF Chair, said in a News and Insights report of RVIA on April 21.  “We’re excited to welcome everyone out for great golf, great memories, and great impact.”

Registration is open for teams, with sponsorship opportunities and additional information available through the organization.

According to the announcement, team space is limited and are encouraging early registration due to limited availability.
