Paradise Lake Park Campground (Ohio), located near East Rochester in Columbiana County, has been sold for $1.6 million.
As per a report, the 124.8-acre commercial campground, 6940 Rochester Road, was sold to Fireside Lake LLC of Mount Vernon, Ohio. The company was incorporated as an LLC two months ago, with K&C Agents LLC listed as a statutory agent.
K&C Agents, LLC is listed at the same address as the law firm Kidwell & Cunningham Ltd., a company that provides various services, including real estate assistance.
Paradise Lake Park Campground features boat rentals, five playgrounds, a sandy beach with slides, a jumping pontoon, and regular activities for all ages. The campground also welcomes big rigs.
Paradise Lake Country Campground Inc. owned the property, a business registered with Peggy Sue Bachman and Michael Bachman in 2009.
Local attractions and things to do include golf courses, Roger’s Flea Market–Ohio’s largest outdoor market, Glamorgan Castle Tours, Beech Creek Botanical Garden and Nature Preserve, and more.
