For the first time in over three decades, Ohio has a new state park lodge, bringing modern elegance and a rustic environment to guests.

“We’re excited to welcome guests to the newest way to stay in the heart of Hocking Hills State Park. Surrounded by lush nature and the best hiking Ohio has to offer, a destination like no other awaits you,” Hocking Hills Lodge’s website post reads.

You can find something unexpected at Hocking Hills Lodge—its modern attractions within a rustic setting.
The newly opened Hocking Hills Lodge features 81 guestrooms, indoor and outdoor pool areas, a fitness center, a grab & go café, a gift shop, a restaurant, and a formal event space.

With surrounding hiking trails, caves, and waterfalls, the lodge is a perfect getaway for families looking for new adventures.

According to its website, Hocking Hills Lodge has an on-site restaurant, Rock House, that offers a full-service menu. Its grab-and-go café, Café 22, also provides options for quick bites and healthy lunches. The ballroom can also accommodate up to 160 guests.

The lodge offers 40 different types of cabins, namely Deluxe Location, Two Bedroom, and ADA Cabins that feature two bedrooms (ADA option has one less set of bunks), living area and kitchen, patio, campfire ring, and outdoor grill. Some cabins are also pet-friendly!
