OHI is offering discounted registration rates for the 2026 Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo, with early bird pricing set to expire on June 30.
OHCE 2026, the association’s flagship event focused on professional development, business growth and networking, is scheduled for Nov. 9-11 in Fort Worth, Texas. Pre-conference programming will begin Nov. 8.
OHI members who register before the June 30 deadline can attend the full conference for $499. The rate will increase to $649 beginning July 1 and rise again to $899 after Sept. 30.
According to OHI, registering before June 30 allows members to save $150 compared with the July rate and $400 compared with the rate that takes effect in October.
Non-member registration is priced at $1,399.
Expo Hall-Only Access Passes are also available for attendees interested primarily in the exhibit floor. Those passes start at $129, with pricing scheduled to increase later in the year.
“The learning, the connections, the energy, it all starts at OHCE,” David Basler, chief strategy officer of OHI, said. “If you’re just starting out or scaling up, OHCE gives you access to the people and ideas that move our industry forward.”
Conference registration includes access to educational sessions and workshops offered exclusively through OHCE. Attendees will also have access to the event’s expo and the Hosted Buyer Program.
Additional experiences are available as add-on options, including the Prospective Owners Workshop, the Outdoor Hospitality Innovators Summit and Takeaway Tours.
The conference is designed to bring together outdoor hospitality professionals for education, networking and business development opportunities.
OHI, formerly known as National ARVC, represents private RV parks and campgrounds across North America. The association said it serves more than 3,000 members and provides education, networking opportunities, business resources and advocacy support at the local, state and national levels.
Registration for OHCE 2026 remains open, with the current pricing structure available through June 30.
