Modern America Campgrounds, the largest RV park owner in the Northeast, unveiled a new loyalty rewards program designed to enhance guest retention and boost revenue for its 30 properties across the region.
The program is free to join and targets transient campers by offering tiered incentives tied to spending.
The program features four membership tiers—Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond—each with escalating rewards.
Members accumulate “Freedom Points” based on their tier and spending. Silver members earn 12% back in points, Gold 13%, Platinum 14%, and Diamond 15%.
Points can be redeemed during checkout, with 10,000 points equivalent to $10 in credit.
Guests can redeem points for discounts on future reservations. Points are credited after each completed stay, streamlining the rewards process and ensuring members receive timely benefits.
Modern America Campgrounds’ loyalty program also introduces a “top-off” feature, allowing members to purchase additional points. This gives high-frequency campers more flexibility to maximize discounts on future bookings.
“Points will be rewarded after the guest checks out and can be applied toward future reservations,” a press release indicated.
