Mike Molino RV Learning Center Highlights Flexible Training for Dealerships

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center is offering a comprehensive suite of online fixed-operations courses designed to help RV dealerships improve service and parts department performance. 

The programs, which include management, service writing, warranty administration, and parts-focused training, provide flexible, self-paced instruction that strengthens operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The RV Service Manager course, the Learning Center’s newest program, provides an in-depth examination of leadership, workflow management, customer communication, staffing, and departmental financial performance. 

It is tailored for both new and experienced managers seeking to develop the skills needed to run an efficient, customer-focused service department.

The RV Service Writer/Advisor course also remains one of the most popular offerings. It emphasizes repair order procedures, customer interaction, and communication strategies that reduce misunderstandings between technicians and clients, enhancing overall service experience.

For warranty administration, the RV Warranty Administrator course trains participants on documentation, claim preparation, manufacturer requirements, and administrative processes that safeguard dealership revenue. The curriculum highlights common errors and strategies to streamline warranty submissions for faster reimbursement.

Parts personnel can benefit from the RV Parts Manager and RV Parts Specialist courses. The manager program focuses on inventory control, merchandising, purchasing, and departmental profitability, while the specialist course provides foundational knowledge for frontline parts counter staff, including parts identification, inventory processes, and customer support.
