Horizon Global, Continental Settle Long-Standing Patent Dispute

Horizon Global Corporation (NYSE: HZN), a renowned manufacturer of branded towing and trailering equipment, recently announced that it has agreed to amicably resolve its two-year-old dispute with Continental Automotive Systems, Inc. over patent rights to its electronic trailer brake controllers.

According to a press release, the specific terms of the agreement are confidential.
