Exciting waterfront adventures are coming as Sun Outdoors Wells Beach (Maine) reopens for the summer this Friday, May 13.
According to a report, two experts in the outdoor hospitality industry, Blue Water (Maryland) and Sun Outdoors (Michigan), are partnering and taking over the property’s operations, formerly known as Wells Beach Resort Campground.
With an 18-hole mini-golf course at the entrance, the campground is home to 169 RV campsites and 29 spaces to pitch tents.
The RV resort offers a great selection of spacious RV and tent sites, according to its website.
Sun Outdoors Wells Beach’s RV Back-in and Drive-thru sites provide full hookups, adjoin paved roads, and a fireplace and picnic table.
Guests can enjoy the resort amenities, including the pool, playground, and mini-golf. In addition to resort amenities, the town trolley stops at the resort to take you to locations around town to enjoy.
Guests can enjoy the beach, deep-sea fishing, and a variety of restaurants featuring fresh seafood.
Along with the mini-golf course, the Wells campground also has a swimming pool, a recreational field, a sandy volleyball court, a fitness center, and two playgrounds. There is also a store on-site, where campers can pick up supplies, groceries, souvenirs, and more.
