Lippert Components, Inc. has announced Resonado Performance Audio‘s latest innovation, the Resonado RV Sound System, an audio system with revolutionary adjustable speakers for the exterior and a patent-pending subwoofer with dual zones.
Lippert purchased exclusivity rights through the company that makes audio technology in September of this year, according to a news release by Lippert.
Resonado’s speaker driver technology is among the most significant advances in audio hardware design since the conical electrostatic speaker was created around 96 years ago.
Resonado Labs has overcome the physical limitations of traditional speakers by delivering raw solid sound with the highest efficiency, with higher linear excursion and larger frequency ranges, all in smaller dimensions.
The innovative audio system will debut in the Jayco(r) Baja Sur concept travel trailer at the 2022 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show. This model demonstrates how a potential buyer or owner can customize their existing RV to suit their personal style and preferences without sacrificing their exterior aesthetics.

Vince Smith, director of special products at Lippert, said it lets them think about new audio solutions since most speaker locations today are selected based on the furniture or cabinet behind the wall for the holes to be cut out.
He said it isn’t the right way to design an ideal listening experience, so they look forward to changing the definition of the sound of RV by partnering with Jayco.
