Lippert, a supplier in the recreational and transportation product markets, unveiled the promotion of Pamela VanderMel to Vice President of Warranty. VanderMel, with over twenty years of service at the company, moves up from her previous role as senior director of warranty.
VanderMel joined Lippert in 2002 as part of the initial customer support services team. Her career has included several significant positions, such as customer service manager and general manager of plant 39, demonstrating a track record in customer service and operational management.
“I am deeply honored and excited to take on this new challenge as Vice President of Warranty. I look forward to leveraging my experience and collaborating with our exceptional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver unparalleled service,” VanderMel said in a press release.
Her professional dedication is matched by her involvement in community service. VanderMel serves on the board of the RV Women’s Alliance and Elkhart County Habitat for Humanity.
In her previous roles, she led initiatives aimed at product improvement, safety enhancements, and strengthening OEM relations. These efforts were part of broader strategies to improve warranty administration and vendor recovery processes at Lippert.
“I have had the pleasure of working with Pamela for more than a decade and am so proud to support her in her new role. Her promotion to Vice President of Warranty is a testament to her outstanding leadership, extensive expertise, and dedication to driving positive change within our organization. I have every confidence that Pamela will continue to excel in her new role, further strengthening Lippert’s position as an industry leader in delivering exceptional products and services to our valued customers,” April Klein-Carroll, senior vice president of customer support services, said.
In her new role, VanderMel will oversee warranty operations across all product segments. Her responsibilities will include enhancing customer support services and ensuring effective interaction with customers at various levels.
