OHI is reminding its members that January 11, 2025, marks the deadline to secure its exclusive discounted rates for music licensing. Payments must be completed by this date to ensure compliance with U.S. Copyright Law and access to the industry’s lowest rates.
OHI’s Music Licensing Program provides members with significant savings on licensing fees while ensuring full legal coverage for the use of copyrighted music at their businesses. The program, which offers rates negotiated to be the lowest in the industry, delivers value for outdoor hospitality professionals. Members can access their 2025 invoices through the OHI member portal by selecting “My Invoices.”
Participation in OHI’s program simplifies compliance by eliminating the risk of unwanted communication from performing rights organizations (PROs). The program also uniquely covers all four major PROs — ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and Global Music Rights.
“Music licensing doesn’t have to be complicated or costly,” David Basler, OHI’s chief strategy officer, said in a press release. “Our program simplifies the process while providing unmatched savings and peace of mind. We’re proud to offer our members a solution that supports their operations and protects their businesses.”
To remain eligible for this discounted coverage, members must ensure their OHI national membership is active. Renewal details are available in the member portal.
OHI emphasized that its discounted licensing program is an exclusive benefit for its members. The organization encourages members to confirm their active status and complete necessary payments promptly.
OHI serves the RV parks, campgrounds, and glamping businesses of the outdoor hospitality industry, providing tools, training, and advocacy to support the success of these operations and enhance customer experiences.
