FairPark RV Unveils New Executive Sites to Enhance Guest Accommodations

FairPark RV, situated within the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, unveiled the completion of its latest expansion project. This development includes 37 new “executive sites,” featuring enhancements designed to improve visitor accommodations.

According to fairgrounds officials, these additions include two sites that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), ensuring accessibility for all guests.

The new executive sites are 50 feet long and offer an extra 10 feet of width compared to standard sites. Each site is equipped with 50-amp and 30-amp electrical hookups, a designated picnic area with tables, and a tree providing shade.

Additionally, visitors can take advantage of a parking space for an extra vehicle, making the upgraded sites more convenient for travelers with multiple vehicles. Brad Miracle, the RV park supervisor for the fairgrounds, expressed optimism about the expansion’s potential to attract visitors.

“We are thrilled to expand our RV North campground sites with new features that will be sure to draw many visitors to the Fairgrounds,” Miracle stated in a press release, as reported by Pleasanton Weekly.

Miracle highlighted the importance of this expansion in supporting year-round events at the fairgrounds, including the newly introduced Golden State Racing. These developments, combined with competitive overnight rates, are expected to make the RV park a sought-after option for visitors seeking convenient and affordable accommodations.

The RV park, which is available for overnight stays throughout the year, has become an integral part of the fairgrounds’ appeal. Its onsite amenities include laundry facilities, showers, restrooms, a general store, and the Stable Café, which offers dining options for guests. These features ensure that visitors can access essential services and enjoy a comfortable experience during their stay.

The addition of ADA-compliant sites at FairPark RV highlights the importance of offering a variety of accommodations to cater to a diverse range of guests. By addressing the needs of different visitors, RV park owners and campground operators not only enhance their appeal but also align with industry best practices, which increasingly prioritize accessibility as a critical component of guest satisfaction.
