Experience Luxury Glamping at AutoCamp Joshua Tree

AutoCamp Joshua Tree is a unique glamping experience located in the enchanting desert landscape of Joshua Tree. This luxurious retreat is nestled just outside Joshua Tree National Park, offering visitors an opportunity to unwind and indulge in the breathtaking surroundings.

The mid-century modern Quonset Hut Clubhouse sets the tone for a remarkable stay, where guests can bask in its retro charm before savoring a refreshing beverage at the General Store or gathering around the inviting outdoor fire pit. The seasonally heated pool is open, allowing guests to take a dip at their leisure.

This stunning retreat is conveniently located over two hours from Los Angeles and less than an hour from Palm Springs, making it the perfect gateway to the High Desert.

The AutoCamp team is dedicated to helping you curate the ultimate Joshua Tree experience, whether your heart longs for artistic exploration, rugged adventures, or simply lounging by the poolside.

AutoCamp Joshua Tree is pet-friendly, allowing dogs up to 80 pounds, and being so close to some of California’s best hikes is undoubtedly worth bragging about.

AutoCamp Joshua Tree is located at 62209 Verbena Rd, Joshua Tree, CA 92252, just outside the National Park. The resort is within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the community and less than a ten-minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park.

They also provide free bikes, an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge, and a terrace in Joshua Tree, which not every property does.

AutoCamp Joshua Tree offers one parking spot per reservation on-site. More than one vehicle per room/tent is not complimentary, and there will be an additional fee per extra car.

Parking is limited throughout the National Park, so it’s generally a good idea to avoid driving in more than one. Groups should try and carpool into the area, as this will save on parking passes, fees, and headaches during the trip.

Staying at AutoCamp should set someone back anywhere from $175 to $475, depending on when they come to the park. The ongoing nightly rate is usually closer to $200, with peak vacation times rising beyond $400. It’s also worth remembering that the resort has a nightly fee of $25.

The cheapest time to come to AutoCamp Joshua Tree is in the summer when the weather is unbearable. That may not be entirely worth it, as triple-digit temperatures mean less time in nature. Instead, booking 6+ months out for a nicer time of year is recommended, which should save some money.

The AutoCamp Joshua Tree experience is not just about the accommodation but also about the local highlights.

The resort is right in the heart of the action, near Joshua Tree’s abandoned mines and some of the best trails in the United States. It’s an adventurer’s dream. For those who prefer a more relaxed experience, there are yoga and wellness classes available.
