Blacksford, a provider of RV rentals, is set to broaden its market reach with a new rental location in Phoenix, Arizona, starting October 1.
Becky Goodell, CEO of Blacksford, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion: “Having a location in Phoenix means that customers have more choices and another year-round RV rental market.”
Situated near the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, this new location will mirror the amenities of existing Blacksford locations. Customers can expect complimentary pick-up and drop-off services at the airport and nearby hotels.
Each RV comes fully equipped with unlimited mileage, unlimited generator use, and road-trip essentials, including bedding, linens, kitchen equipment, and camp chairs, according to a press release.
From Phoenix, travelers can easily access popular destinations such as Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Antelope Canyon, and Monument Valley. The location also serves as a gateway to further adventures across Arizona and neighboring states.
According to its website, renting an RV is equipped with a range of conveniences to enhance the travel experience, including cleaned and disinfected bedding and towels. It features bedding sets complete with Rumpl down comforters, sheets, and pillows. The kitchens are prepared for culinary needs with a kit that includes pans, utensils, cutlery, and a coffee maker with filters.
In addition, options for pre-stocking the RV with groceries or arranging grocery pickup on departure are available for convenience. There are extras like a National parks pass, camping gear, and a toolkit for minor repairs.
Goodell noted that the company originally started in Yellowstone/Bozeman and operates from May to October. This expansion allows the company to offer its premium RVs in other areas.
“We added Las Vegas and now Phoenix, which gives us two year-round markets to provide our adventurous customers with Blacksford’s premium RVs and unmatched customer service,” Goodell added.
