Certified Mediator and RV instructor Harold Oehler will offer strategies to protect a dealership from consumer complaints while keeping the customer in mind through a seminar on the dealer/GM track during the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
The event will be held on Nov. 7-12, 2022 in Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Oehler will co-present this event alongside Tobi Conroy, who is the Customer Relations Liaison for Thor Motor Coach, according to an RV Dealers Association report.
Oehler is also scheduled to participate in Wednesday’s Super Lawyers panel, discussing “How to Conduct the Perfect RV Vehicle Inspection and Mediation to Defend a Consumer Claim and Retain Your Customer,” starting at 9 a.m. on Thursday, November. 10.
Oehler will present the best practices to conduct efficient mediations and inspections of RVs to swiftly and affordably settle lawsuits and retain the client.
The workshop will also discuss how manufacturers and dealers can collaborate more efficiently to minimize the risk of liability as well as speedily solve customer problems when parts and stocks are not in stock.
Tobi Conroy will share the manufacturer’s perspective regarding how retailers can work with their manufacturers to tackle typical customer service issues.
The learning objectives of this session include the best practices for conducting inspections and mediation to resolve the matter and keep the customer’s techniques working more efficiently with the manufacturer.
Oehler is a full-time federal and State mediator in the court and an RV industry trainer for manufacturers and dealers with more than thirty years of experience in litigating and mediating claims for defective recreational vehicles and claims for accidents vs. manufacturers and dealers.
