Originally launched in 1907 as The Caravan Club, The Caravan & Motorhome Club is Europe’s largest touring and camping community, giving campers, motorhomes & caravanners the opportunity to stay at over 3,000 locations in the UK and Europe.
Experience Freedom – in a Spaceship!
Spaceships is the exclusive campervan and motorhome rental provider for Experience Freedom, The Club’s motorhome rental booking website. This means that thousands of Club members, their friends & family, and Experience Freedom customers can book a Spaceships campervan or motorhome through the Club’s websites.
The partnership also means that ALL Spaceships Rentals customers can enjoy temporary access to the Caravan & Motorhome Club for the duration of their hire, enjoying the same campsite booking opportunities and ferry crossings at Club member rates.
How it works
When you book your Spaceships campervan or motorhome, you will receive a booking confirmation from us. This includes a link to obtain your Caravan and Motorhome Club Access Code for the dates of your rental. It can take up to 3 days to be emailed, so make sure you apply for your Access Code before your #spaceshipsroadtrip!
With over 2,700 sites ranging from larger campsites with full facilities to Certified Locations (CLs) which could be as simple as a quiet field off the beaten track with fewer amenities, you’re sure to find a site that is just right for you. The CLs are normally only available to Caravan and Motorhome Club members, so this is a fantastic new benefit for Spaceships customers. It is your guarantee of quality, with the peace of mind that even the smallest CLs have been inspected for quality and service.
As you can see, there is a wide selection of sites all over the UK. From the Scottish Highlands to sites overlooking a loch or the sea or even nestled in a forest! All the Caravan and Motorhome Club sites are staffed by a friendly team who are on hand if you need help or advice – whether it be the best pitch to watch the sunset or the best hikes in the area.
There’s also a support team at the end of the phone to help with your booking, as well as details of all the Club sites on the website. You can really experience the freedom of a Spaceships campervan or motorhome rental – and move on to another Caravan and Motorhome Club site in another part of the country whenever you’re ready!
