The S.M. Osgood Company, Bloomington, Minnesota recently announced the acquisition of Kroes Corporation. Both companies are Independent Regional Sales Representation agencies. S.M. Osgood Company is focused on Marine, RV, and Sporting Goods industries while the Kroes Corporation has primarily focused on the Marine OEM Industry in Great Lakes Region. Kevin Hannula a 21-year veteran and partner at Kroes Corporation came with the company’s acquisition and comment he “couldn’t be happier with this new opportunity”.
