On-Demand Portion of the RVDA Convention/Expo Underway

Dealership employees and other industry stakeholders are taking part in educational sessions and visiting the exhibit hall during the on-demand portion of the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. Available at www.rvda.org/convention now through January 31, the online convention provides information on topics that cover important areas of dealer operations.

The on-demand content is available 24/7, featuring top speakers from the most recent RV Dealers Convention/Expo as well as popular Vendor Training +Plus sessions. The online exhibit hall includes top RV companies looking to form profitable partnerships with RV dealers.

There are currently 17 workshops available, with more than seven hours of dealer management education including several bonus sessions that were not available during the live event. RVDA, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center would like to thank the speakers and vendors who provided on-demand content.

A sampling of some of the on-demand workshops offered include:

  • How to Navigate a Historic Opportunity in Your Service Department, by McKay Allen
  • The Unknown Road Ahead: Understanding the 2022 Economic Outlook and Its Impact on Your Dealership, by Vijay Chandar
  • First-Time Buyers: Strategies to Build Trust and De-Escalate Problems, by Tom Kline

Eight Dealer Training +Plus sessions will be available as well, including:

  • Smarter, Faster, Better Service Department Processes that Improve Shop Productivity, by Don Reed, chief executive officer, DealerPRO RV Training
  • Predicting the Future: New Data About Payments, Texting, and Buyer Behavior (from Kenect), by McKay Allen, vice president of marketing, Kenect
  • Strategies for Evolving your Business Operation in an Everchanging Market, by Val Byrd, manager of customer merchandising, NTP-STAG

In addition to the educational opportunities, dealers will have access to 151 vendor booths featuring videos, catalogs, brochures and new products and promotions. There are also online networking opportunities, discussion boards and the ability to interact with other attendees virtually.

Those who attended the RVDA Convention/Expo in person can access the on-demand content at no additional charge.

RVDA dealer members who did not attend in person can access the content for $49 ($99 for non-members). The platform is available to non-exhibiting associate members for $79 and to non-member industry personnel for $149.
