The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is excited to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Visitor Center at Mohican State Park will take place on Monday, June 10, at 1 p.m. The event will be held at 3116 State Route 3, Loudonville, Ohio.
The center will enrich the visitor’s experience, offering a central hub for education and interaction with the park’s natural wonders. It will include an exhibit space as well as exterior porches and a fireplace, encouraging visitors to gather and enjoy the outdoors even more.
The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2025.
