The Campground Conference & Trade Show

Each year, the conference is planned for campground owners/operators and staff. One of the key takeaways, in addition to important education and networking, is that you can just have FUN away from the pressures of running your business, surrounded by people who have the same challenges and goals for running a successful campground operation. We encourage ANYONE with a stake in the outdoor hospitality industry – campground owners/operators, managers, and staff, as well as industry supplies – to be there for your enjoyment, education, and the support of the industry. 

During the conference, you will be able to network with peers and learn skills that are essential to making your campground successful. We are planning to offer 9 educational seminars with speakers experienced in their field,s presenting timely topics both motivational and relevant to the outdoor hospitality industry.  

The trade show gives campground operators access to the newest products and best services specifically targeted to RV parks and campgrounds. Our trade show keeps you connected to the campground industry. 

The 2025 conference in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, welcomed attendees from NJ, AL, FL, IL, MA, MD, NM, NY, NV, OH, PA, VA, WY…will you come “See and Be Seen” in 2026?
