Το ταξίδι της αγάπης σταματά has expanded its RV service offerings by introducing light mechanical work and oil and lube services at its truck care locations and has entered a partnership with Spartan RV Chassis to provide warranty work for Spartan motorhomes.
The new services are aimed at RV travelers seeking maintenance and repair support while on the road during the summer travel season.
Love’s said oil and lube services are now available at 275 locations, while nearly all of its 431 Love’s Truck Care locations nationwide offer light mechanical services.
According to the company, available mechanical work includes repairs and maintenance for brake systems, select batteries and tires, electrical systems, suspension systems and exhaust systems.
The agreement with Spartan RV Chassis expands Love’s role in servicing recreational vehicles by allowing its truck care locations to perform warranty-related work for Spartan motorhome owners. Spartan RV Chassis is a brand under the Aebi Schmidt Group.
Under the partnership, Love’s Truck Care locations will provide maintenance packages, chassis inspections, lube services and wheel alignments for Spartan motorhomes. The company said all work will be completed according to Spartan’s specifications.
“The nationwide reach of Love’s Truck Care locations gives RV drivers easy access to fast service with no appointment required,” Eric Daniels, vice president of truck care for Love’s, said in a statement.
Daniels said RV customers can access maintenance services alongside other amenities offered at Love’s locations, including overnight stays at RV Stops, food options, dog parks and fuel discounts through the company’s rewards program.
According to a press release, Douglas Searles, vice president and general manager of Motorhome & Builtmore, a business unit of Aebi Schmidt Group, said the partnership is intended to provide Spartan owners with service access across the country.
“Partnering with Love’s means our customers can pull into a trusted location across the country any time and know their chassis will be cared for the right way,” Searles said.
Beyond maintenance services, Love’s operates more than 130 RV Stops nationwide. The locations offer amenities including Wi-Fi, electric and water hookups, and RV dump stations. Select locations also feature additional amenities such as sport courts, fire pits and grills.
The company said RV travelers can book, pay for and activate RV Stop amenities through the Love’s Rewards mobile application.
Love’s also offers fuel discounts and loyalty rewards through the program, with additional promotional offers available through Sept. 30.
Customers can locate participating service centers and available services through the Love’s website or the Love’s Rewards app, according to the company.
