Pembroke Marina and Riverside Park Campground is set to open tomorrow, May 20, as announced by the City of Pembroke (Ontario).
The campground will be open for the whole week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. on weekends.
Visitors to the new campground can take advantage of the campsites, mini-putt, horseshoes, sports equipment lending hub, ice, and snacks.
For the marina which will also be seven days a week from 8 a.m to 10 p.m. throughout the summer, services include the use of the slips for authorized slip holders, the service dock (gas service and pump-outs), and the use of the boat launch.
The city is reminding park visitors to drive with caution as there is construction on Pembroke St. in front of Riverside Park. Visitors should also abide by the posted signage.
