CampLife has launched a new Email Marketing feature designed to help campground owners and operators communicate with guests year-round using reservation data already stored within the company’s campground management software.
The new tool integrates email marketing capabilities directly into the CampLife platform, allowing park operators to manage guest outreach without relying on separate systems.
According to the company, the feature is intended to help campground businesses maintain guest relationships while simplifying communication efforts for busy operators.
CampLife said the feature addresses a common challenge for campground owners who want to stay connected with their communities but may not have the time to manage multiple platforms.
By embedding communication tools within the reservation system, operators can incorporate guest outreach into their existing workflows.
“There is always something competing for a campground owner’s attention,” Tyler Duffy, president of CampLife, said. “We wanted to create a tool that helps parks stay connected with their guests in a practical and manageable way using the information they already have.”
The integrated approach enables operators to create targeted recipient lists based on guest history, site types and reservation tags.
Rather than sending broad messages to all contacts, campground staff can tailor communications to specific guest groups.
Users can also save search filters, including filters for local visitors or past cabin guests, allowing operators to reconnect with particular segments of their customer base for future outreach campaigns.
According to CampLife, the feature is designed to help parks deliver relevant updates to guests while fostering long-term loyalty. Operators can use the tool to share park news, seasonal greetings and other communications intended to keep guests engaged between visits.
The company also highlighted the feature’s potential use during slower booking periods. Campground operators can notify guests about midweek availability, shoulder-season events or other opportunities that may encourage additional visits.
CampLife serves more than 1,000 parks across the United States and Canada. The company said its customer base includes parks of varying sizes and ownership structures, including family-owned, corporate, private and government-operated campgrounds, as well as multi-park systems.
The Email Marketing feature is now available through the CampLife platform as part of the company’s campground reservation and park management software offerings.
