The RV Industry Association (RVIA) has finalized the election results for its 2027 Board of Directors, naming three executives to represent three distinct industry segments for three-year terms beginning January 1, 2027.
Voting for the organizational election concluded on Monday, September 14, following a balloting period that began in late August.
Official representatives from member companies cast votes to fill three open board seats originally announced in July, selecting one representative each from the RV Manufacturer, Park Model RV Manufacturer, and RV Supplier sectors.
According to a News and Insights report of RVIA, the elected board members include Ashley Bontrager Lehman, founder, president and CEO of Ember Recreational Vehicles, Inc., who will represent RV manufacturers, and Trevor Kropf, general Manager of Kropf Industries, Inc., who will represent park model RV manufacturers.
Heather Jenks, vice president of RV Sales at Genesis Products, was also elected to the board, representing RV suppliers..
As the highest governing body within the association, the Board of Directors sets and oversees organizational strategy and policy. Its operational scope includes standards, marketing, government affairs, industry events, education, and financial management.
Following its election, the incoming 2027 Board will convene an organizational meeting to elect executive officers for the upcoming year. That meeting will take place immediately after the general Board of Directors meeting during the RV Dealers Association Convention in November.
