Early bird registration is now open for the RV Women’s Alliance’s annual leadership and professional development event, which will bring together women from across the RV industry for two days of educational sessions, networking opportunities and industry recognition on Oct. 14-15.
The event will focus on professional development, leadership and collaboration, offering attendees a program that combines keynote presentations, educational workshops, panel discussions and networking activities.
“We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to once again immerse ourselves in two days of unforgettable networking and collaboration of like-minded individuals as we celebrate women and advance our skills,” the event’s details indicate.
The conference will begin on Oct. 14 with attendee check-in from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by opening remarks and a keynote presentation.
The first day will also include an industry panel discussion and conclude with a welcome reception designed to provide networking opportunities for participants.
Activities on Oct. 15 will begin with breakfast before a full schedule of educational workshops held throughout the day. The agenda also includes the RV Women’s Alliance Year-in-Review presentation, a networking activity, cocktail hour and an awards dinner recognizing achievements within the industry.
In addition to workshops and networking sessions, the event will feature an opening keynote by Dr. Amber Selking, a mental performance coach and leadership development expert whose presentation will focus on leadership, resilience and performance under pressure.
According to the event information, Selking’s session will examine how mindset influences leadership and personal performance, particularly for women working in industries shaped by traditionally masculine norms.
Her presentation will explore strategies for building confidence while encouraging attendees to lead authentically rather than adopting leadership styles that do not reflect their own strengths.
The conference program also highlights educational workshops, networking with industry peers, cocktail hours, an opening reception and an industry awards ceremony as key components of this year’s event.
