American Glamping Association to Host Virtual Industry Meet-Up on June 24

The American Glamping Association (AGA) will host a virtual industry meet-up on June 24, bringing together companies and organizations serving the glamping, campground and outdoor hospitality sectors for an online networking event.

Scheduled for 11 a.m. MST, the event will be held online and feature participation from several organizations and sponsors involved in construction, consulting, creative services and glamping infrastructure.

Participating organizations include the AGA, TenPoint Services, Aspen Creative Co., Expo Glamping – Turismo Consciente, Prairie Sky Outdoor Hospitality Advisors and EJH Distribution. The event is being organized as a virtual meet-up aimed at connecting businesses operating in the glamping industry.

Expo Glamping highlighted its upcoming Latin American trade event, noting that LATAM Expo Glamping is scheduled to take place in Mexico in November.

Prairie Sky Outdoor Hospitality Advisors outlined its focus on supporting glamping, campground and RV resort developers. According to the company, its services are designed to help developers address regulatory and development risks before committing capital to projects.

TenPoint Services described its business as a commercial construction company based in Texas. The company said it focuses on quality and sustainability while providing construction services for clients.

EJH Distribution supplies modular glamping and event structures. The company noted that its products are intended to provide durable and versatile solutions for various applications.

Aspen Creative also specializes in visual storytelling, digital strategy and fractional creative direction. The company stated that it works with outdoor and adventure brands.

The June 24 event will provide an online forum for participating organizations and industry stakeholders to connect and share information related to the growing glamping and outdoor hospitality sector.

The meet-up is being conducted in a virtual format, allowing participants to join remotely. Organizers identified the event as a “Virtual meet-up,” with the American Glamping Association serving as host.

Companies involved in the event represent a range of services supporting outdoor hospitality businesses, including development consulting, creative services, commercial construction and modular structures.
