CARVC Sets 2026 Fall Crawl Tour Along North Carolina Coast With Five-Stop Industry Itinerary

The Carolinas Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (CARVC) will host its 2026 Fall Crawl Tour along the North Carolina coast on September 15, bringing campground operators, managers, staff and suppliers together for a full-day industry tour centered on operational exchange and networking.

The event will be based at New Bern KOA Holiday, which will also serve as the host campground for this year’s program.

The tour will include visits to five North Carolina campgrounds: Dixon Landing RV Resort, Dogwood Family Campground, Emerald Isle RV Resort, and The Lakes RV & Cabin Resort.

The Fall Crawl Tour is structured as a mobile, hosted experience, with attendees traveling together by luxury motorcoach. Programming includes guided campground tours, networking sessions, and on-site exchanges focused on operational practices across different property types and sizes.

The event opens Monday, September 14, with a welcome reception and dinner, followed by a full-day tour schedule on Tuesday, September 15.

The format is designed to allow participants to step away after peak season operations while engaging directly with peers in the industry.

“We are honored to host the 2026 Fall Crawl Tour,” said Dee Witting, executive director of the CARVC. “Now in its third year, the Fall Crawl Tour will take us to the scenic North Carolina coast. This event provides campground owners and managers with a valuable opportunity to step away after a busy season, connect with industry peers, and gain firsthand insight into the strategies used by other campgrounds to achieve success.”

Registration for the event is $129 per attendee. The fee includes motorcoach transportation, guided tours, lunch and snacks.

Lodging is not included in registration but is available through the host property. Cabin accommodations are described as limited, while RV site rentals and nearby hotels are also available for participants planning overnight stays.

Industry suppliers are also invited to participate through sponsorship opportunities. A $210 sponsorship package includes a brief presentation slot during the welcome reception and luncheon, branding placement on the CARVC Fall Crawl Tour Camping Carolinas website page, and a digital advertisement within the event’s mobile application. Sponsorship participation is available with or without on-site attendance.

Additional event information and registration details are available through www.CARVCFallCrawl.com or the Camping Carolinas mobile app.
