RV owners have become younger and more diverse over the last decade, creating opportunities for greater engagement and inclusion in the RV life, said a News & Insights report of the RV Industry Association (RVIA).
On March 16, Earl Hunter, an RV industry veteran and founder of Black Folks Camp Too, will share how his organization brings communities together and breaks down RV ownership obstacles by educating people.
The webinar will also feature Black Folks Camp Too and Go RVing’s educational series covering how to market to and reach Black customers. Hunter has been a prominent supporter of RVing and has been a vocal advocate for increasing visibility and accessibility of RVing to members of the Black community.
The three-part series contains videos on getting started, knowledge, as well as sharing the vision, and connecting with customers. Each lesson also comes with a quiz. Earl’s approach is friendly and accessible. His approach also comes with valuable suggestions that can easily be utilized to educate and encourage Black consumers to go RVing.
The quizzes and videos take less than an hour to finish and are accessible on the “Member Education” tab in the Go RVing Industry Portal. Access to the portal is free for RVIA and RV Dealers Association (RVDA) Go RVing tie-in program members.
