Each year, owners who have spent anywhere from $500,000 to $1 million on an American Coach luxury motorhome choose to come to Decatur, Indiana, for a VIP Delivery Experience, which is unique in the industry.
“When someone purchases an American Coach motor home, they join an elite group of luxury RV owners who appreciate the finer amenities and experiences that come with an upscale brand,” said Doug Miller, product manager for REV Recreation Group’s Class A products.
“We make sure our VIP Delivery Experience is one-of-a-kind and gives our owners unparalleled personal attention over the course of two, three, or four days. We have had customers stay with us for slightly longer, but we can typically meet and exceed our new owners’ expectations in just a few days.”
As part of the American Coach VIP Delivery, owners are welcomed to the 480,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to personally receive their coach once it comes off the line. They are then paired with a product specialist who walks them through every element of their RV.

We’ve had members of our American Coach team go above and beyond in certain situations where they’ve assisted customers after their VIP Experience while they were on the road,” said Miller. “It’s something that’s unheard of in the industry, but it happens here at American Coach.”
