Firefighters from the Chehalis Fire Department, Washington‘s Lewis County Fire District 6, and the Riverside Fire Authority responded to reports of a camper trailer burning located in the 600 block of Northwest Middle Street on Sept. 18, a report said.

The crews were called at 6:15 a.m. and arrived to discover the trailer, the adjacent shed, and a tree on fire.

The crews were on the scene until about 9:15 a.m.

The reason for the fire is currently under investigation. However, firefighters suspect that the fire started in the trailer, and then spread to the shed and tree.

There were no reported injuries. However, the shed and trailer were declared a total loss and estimated to have suffered $5,000 in damages.
