Keystone RV Center, a recreational vehicle dealership based in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, is now under the ownership of South Burlington, Vermont-based Pete’s RV Center.
RV Business Solutions was the sell-side advisor to Keystone RV’s Eric Kendle, according to a March 30 press release.
“When I began to consider selling my RV Dealership, I first attempted to do it alone, and I soon realized that my time and attention [were] better spent on continuing to run and grow my business. Several business associates then referred me to Mike and Scott from RV Business Solutions,” said Eric Kendle, owner of Keystone RV Center.
“I learned they were the leading RV dealership buy-sell advisors and that they would find the right buyer for me. That certainly proved to be the case. Not only did they help me manage through all the highs and lows that went along with selling my dealership, but their steady-handed approach and unwavering focus on making the right deal for me [were] key to selling my RV dealership,” he added.
The sale represents RV Business Solutions’ sixth RV dealership sold this year and the 39th over the past 12 months.
