The National Hurricane Center (NHS) on Thursday released a forecast of a tropical depression that could possibly hit parts of Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, Mississippi, and Alabama.

The information on hand shows that Tropical Depression Nine is moving northwest at 13mph. Its maximum sustained wind was forecast to be at 35mph.

The tropical depression is expected to evolve into a hurricane by 8 AM on Saturday as it continues to move towards Gulf Coast, eventually entering the country. According to the forecast, the expected landfall would be around 8 AM on Sunday, affecting parts of the U.S Gulf Coast.

The storm is expected to move towards parts of Arizona and Mississippi on Tuesday morning at 8 AM.

While the forecast is expected to change over the next few days, it is best for residents who live near the areas mentioned to stay prepared in case the storm becomes a threat.
