Construction of the National Indoor RV Centers facility is scheduled to begin in December for the brand-new building measuring 189,350 square feet, a report said.

The luxury motor coach service company’s building will be located west of Tennessee’s Lebanon Outlets Mall at 1640 Murfreesboro Road. It will result in 70 jobs that pay around $72,400 a year.

Commercial real estate developer and design-builder Neyer is designing, developing, and constructing the building.

The Lebanon facility is designed to store luxurious motor coach rigs for their owners to ensure they are ready to use when required, according to Al. Neyer Nashville Market Leader Patrick Poole.

Service and sales will be handled on the website.

The facility is planned to serve as “another step towards our goal of building a network of service centers in travel patterns of motorhome owners to fulfill our mission of simplifying the RV ownership experience …” a statement by National Indoor RV Centers President and CEO Brett Davis included.

According to Poole, the company hopes to open the facility in late 2022 or 2023.

The Lebanon city council voted to rezone the area to make way for the structure’s construction in August.

The new facility “will be a destination for RV enthusiasts throughout the region,” Lebanon Mayor Rick Bell said.
