RMS North America, a provider of cloud-based property management solutions to the hospitality industry, has added eight product innovations to its offerings. These upgrades were designed to maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency for outdoor hospitality customers.
The company’s latest improvements introduce a new level of performance and customization for both guests and property managers.
The innovations include DIY interactive maps, which are self-made interactive maps that allow users to create and manage their property maps on their own. Custom workflow creation is also a new feature where users can customize fields in the pop-up data window to suit their preferences.
RMS has also added direct guest communication featuring an updated message center that helps users manage guest communication with two-way email, SMS, and chat functionality in one place. Moreover, the guest portal upgrade features the ability for in-house guests to upgrade and purchase additional activities and services from their phones.
Other additions include interactive documents, SEO services, two-factor authentication, and flexible rate creation.
In addition, the company has announced OTA Insight and POS Symphony as its new integration partners. The market-leading partners will give RMS users the necessary integrations to optimize their tech stack.
