The 2022 Outdoor Economy Conference is happening less than three months away. It will be held from April 4-7, 2022, at the new Cherokee Convention Center (North Carolina)
According to its website, the Outdoor Economy Conference connects, educates, and encourages leaders and doers working to grow the outdoor industry and craft an economy that’s intimately tied to the well-being of their places and communities.
From outdoor CEOs, conservation leaders, federal agencies, local officials, state parks to local parks, economic developers, to land managers, the Outdoor Economy Conference brings everyone together to the table to focus on what matters.
With an overall theme of Stewards of Opportunity, the conference will feature keynote speakers, panels, outdoor experiences, and breakout sessions that are based on four distinct tracks for the conference, sustainable outdoor recreation tourism, outdoor-driven economic development, balancing conservation and the outdoor economy and responsible outdoor product innovation.
This year’s additions include an expo area, a full-day workshop on trail development, and a hands-on field excursion. Early bird tickets are available for $400 for the entire four-day conference.
