Owners of Horseshoe Lake Campground in Gwinn, Michigan, continue to face legal issues, a report said.

A public hearing is scheduled to be held on Thursday with the Forsyth Township Planning Commission.

Commissioners are currently considering repealing conditional-use permits.

The move comes following an investigation by the Marquette District Court, uncovering that the camping area is not licensed. Consequently, they barred any camping at the site in August.

The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
