Keoka Beach Campground in Waterford posted a video on their Facebook page, captured by a camp site’s camera.

The video taken at 12.45 a.m. on Thursday depicts an individual walking up to the campsite with a backpack and hoodie.

They’re carrying a flashlight and appear to be gazing at the front porch of the property owner’s home, even going as far as approaching the camper and perhaps looking inside the vehicle.

Keoka Beach Campground is private property, and campers use most campsites on a seasonal basis who make Keoka their summer home.

Many seasonals shut their campers during the season, and many install cameras to monitor their trailers for this exact reason.

The proprietors of the campground hope that someone can locate the man in question. If you can contact them, they can be reached at 207-583-2868.
