A woman proposes to build an RV Park on Neal Road, Cantonment in Florida. a report said.
According to Clorinda Baker’s application, Magnolia RV Park will offer 24 spaces with septic service, water, and electrical if approved by the Escambia County Development Review Committee.
Concrete will be used for the access driveway, while gravel will be used on-site for RV spaces and driveways.
A 1,716-square-foot building will be included in the project, which will include an office, laundry, and bathroom facilities.
Magnolia RV Park will be on the north side of Neal Road, just west of Highway 95A, on an 8.69-acre parcel. The plans call for the destruction of 8.2 acres and the removal of nine of the 26 protected trees.
