The Florida and Alabama RV Park & Campground Association and its members are set to gather in Daytona Beach, Florida in June as the association holds its 50th conference and expo, highlighting today’s changing world and the ever-evolving outdoor hospitality industry.
Florida and Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo, usually held in May, is scheduled from June 6 to 8 this year. RV park and campground owners, operators, managers, staff, and industry suppliers are anticipated to meet at The Shores Resort & Spa to learn about the industry, form valuable connections, and equip themselves with knowledge on how to run and operate a successful RV park business in Florida and Alabama.
The three-day event is packed with informative sessions, group discussions, a trade show, and many networking opportunities.
Valuable education seminars include topics on business and operational strategies and pro-tips, industry trends, legal issues and important legislation, insurance costs solutions, and effective leadership. Other sessions include adapting your park to new tech and emerging campers, making effective rules, regulations, and policies, as well as what property owners need to know before developing or building.
According to its information packet, about 70 exhibitors will be at the expo to flex their products and services. There will be product demonstrations and show specials.
There will also be an auction and appreciation dinner on the second day.
Registration is now open for the event that will take place at the ocean-front venue, the association announced in a membership update email.
