NAI Global has expanded its offerings with a brand-new service to be operating as NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers.
Bob Kaplan and his Colorado-based team will specialize in purchasing and selling RV parks, campgrounds, and glamping resorts for investors across the United States, as per a release.
Kaplan and his group of 3 other agents and an operations manager all possess 27 years of combined experience in commercial real estate brokerage. They’ve closed around 200 transactions valued at more than $600 million during that time. As of 2021, Kaplan and his group concluded 18 transactions in 11 states that totaled more than $84 million.
The primary geographic areas of the company include those of the Rocky Mountains and the Western States, Texas, the Southeast, and the Northeast.
NAI Outdoor Hospitality Brokers is affiliated with the National Association of Recreational Parks & Campgrounds as well as the American Glamping Association, the Colorado Campground & Lodging Association, and the Texas Association of Campground Owners.
