A dashcam video shows a car getting unhitched from a recreational vehicle in Colorado Springs, almost rolling back into oncoming traffic.

The Jeep gets disconnected from the RV after the driver took a turn. The car is seen just rolling on the road when a man who is also the owner of the dashcam footage, quickly jumps in to hit the breaks of the car before it could roll back into traffic.

According to Bobby Sorden, the hero and owner of the dashcam footage, he saw sparks flying off on the bottom of the road behind the RV and witnessed the car getting disconnected from the RV, an interview with a local network uncovered.

Sorden tried to get the attention of the RV driver by honking. This, however, failed.

This prompted Sorden to drive after the Jeep instead. Fortunately, the door was unlocked, allowing the good man to enter the vehicle and hit the break.

No casualties were reported from the incident.
