California’s Tehachapi Planning Commission is set to consider on March 14 a proposed RV resort and storage facility on 30 acres south of East Tehachapi Boulevard and west of Bailey Court.

According to a report, the development proposed by John A. Thomsen of Thomsen Investments, LLC in Bakersfield would be to the west of Highway 58’s exit 151 (California 58 Business West).

The commission is set to consider public comment during the hearing or shortly after.

A published notice shows that a declaration of negative environmental impact was suggested for the development.

The planning commission meeting will take place in the community room of the Tehachapi Police Department, 220 W. C St.
