In a fire, Saturday morning (August 21), a Wonder Valley house and RV were completely destroyed, a report said.

Chief Mike McClintock of San Bernardino County Fire Battalion stated that crews were dispatched at 3:00 a.m. to investigate a structure fire in Wonder Valley’s 6000 block.

Crews arrived to find a house and an RV in flames. The fire was contained by firefighters who stopped it from spreading to the nearby vegetation.

A power line that was energized fell during the firefight and caused a fire hazard for firefighters. The fire was put out by the crews in 30 minutes.

No reports were made of any injuries. Investigating the cause of the fire is ongoing.
