Ang Asosasyon ng RV Industry (RVIA) is encouraging attendees of RVs Move America Week to download the EventMobi mobile application ahead of the event in Washington, D.C., outlining steps for accessing schedules, notifications, and attendee networking features through the platform.
Ayon sa isang Ulat ng News and Insights ng RVIA on May 19, the association said the app will serve as a centralized resource for event participants, allowing users to view schedules, locate venues, connect with other attendees, and receive updates during the conference.
Attendees can access the platform by downloading the free EventMobi app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Users must then enter the RVs Move America Week access code, “rvia-rvma,” to launch the event portal.
The association said attendees are required to log in using the same email address used during event registration. First-time users will be prompted to create a password before accessing the RVs Move America Week portal.
RVIA also noted that only individuals who have completed registration for RVs Move America Week will be able to access the application and its features.
The organization advised attendees to enable both “Event Emails” and “Event Notification” settings within the app’s preferences menu. It also recommended confirming that EventMobi notifications are enabled through individual device settings to ensure updates are received during the event.
According to the notice, live updates and schedule changes will be distributed through push notifications throughout RVs Move America Week.
The association said the mobile platform is intended to help attendees remain connected while in Washington, D.C., where the event is scheduled to take place in the coming weeks.
RVs Move America Week is scheduled to take place May 31 through June 4, in Washington, D.C.. The annual event will begin with two days of committee meetings, where volunteers from across the RV industry will work collectively to develop a strategic roadmap aimed at supporting the future growth of the $140 billion RV industry.
In addition to committee sessions, attendees will hear updates on the state of the RV industry from association leaders and receive insights on administration policies from political speakers.
The event will also provide opportunities for participants to connect with federal policymakers and industry innovators as the industry discusses issues affecting the future growth of the RV market.
