Way Interglobal, an innovative leader in RV appliances, electronics, and furnishings, is pleased to announce a promotion in our warranty department and a new customer service manager.
Betsy Hershberger has been promoted to warranty manager. Hershberger has been with Way for several months and has spent her time training and understanding product offerings. In her new role, Hershberger’s responsibilities will include reviewing all warranty claims, providing final approvals, reviewing warranty costs, monitoring product failure trends, and helping to expedite solutions to better Way products.
“We’re thrilled to promote Betsy and know she will do an excellent job as our warranty manager,” said Wayne Kaylor, CEO and founder of Way. “She has shown us what a dedicated and hardworking part of the Way team she has been over the last several months. We know she will continue to grow with our company and be a great asset for our customers as we look to deliver the best possible customer experience.”
Hershberger has an extensive background in warranty and customer service roles which will serve her well in her new management position.
Way is also adding to its customer service team with a new addition. Kayla Ault has been named Way’s new customer service manager and began in early October. Ault was a customer service representative and then manager in her previous roles, overseeing the day-to-day service operations while improving processes and efficiencies.
“Way is always trying to improve our service levels and meet the needs of customers who put their trust in us,” said Kaylor. “With the addition of Kayla Ault and Betsy’s promotion, we continue to show that we’re serious about bolstering our customer service to better meet the needs of our OEM, dealer, and consumer RV customers.”
