A Stourport caravan park has changed ownership for the first time in 50 years.

The Severnside Holiday park is now under new management after being put out on the market.

The park was bought for £2.75 million, the park currently has 145 caravan pitches and has planning permission for 179 more caravan pitches.

The park’s amenities include a children’s play area and a heated outdoor pool with a terrace.

Severnside Holiday Park is located by the riverside, with tenants having immediate access to the Severn Way path, which leads to Stourport to the north and past Stourport Marina to the south.

Richard Prestwich, director in the leisure and trade team at Savills Chester, said: “We are delighted to complete the sale of Severnside Holiday Caravan Park.

“Currently, there is strong demand for well-established holiday parks, especially with additional value add potential. We are seeing this demand from both current and new entrants to the market.”
