According to the report, to fix the three tires that were damaged on her car, she had to spend £230.26.
It was also mentioned that she called Craig Tara’s customer service, which was run by Haven, “a disgrace.”
Laura stated that although they are not responsible, the manner they handled it was a disgrace.
Laura, who is a customer service representative, stated that she and her family were just about to go to bed around 10:30 on Sunday when she heard her mother’s alarm go off, the report said.
Laura checked her car and found that both she and her sister had flat tires.
After calling security, the group returned to bed to address the situation the next morning. Laura stated that “security wasn’t coming” and that they didn’t think there was anything they could do at night.
The vandalism victims were instructed to report to the reception at the beginning of the morning only to receive a police incident number along with several other victims.
“I fully understand their terms and condition and that nobody is responsible except [the culprit] but they need to improve customer service. They should have offered more than they have,” she said in the report.
