A brand new family-friendly festival in England with camping, glamping, and music will happen next summer, a report said.
The organizers of the Lindisfarne Festival will host Little Lindi on the Lambton Estate near England’s Chester-le-Street, in County Durham. The festival will debut in July 2022. It will be a celebration of music, art, and outdoor activities.
Tickets for the three-day event are available now.
The well-known adult-only Lindisfarne Festival is known as the ultimate summer party while Little Lindi, which is scheduled from July 22 to 25, aims to offer the ideal way to start the summer season by having a giant family campout.
The festival will feature an exciting and varied schedule of circus, music, and theatrical performances on several stages. There will also be arts and wellbeing workshops, including bushcraft, yoga, dance, DJing, meditation, circus, and food sessions.
Also available are storytelling tents, an outdoor cinema, creative activities, and nature walks.
Additionally, hot tubs, den building, orienteering adventures, meals, and a range of camping and glamping options will be available.
The action will take place against the backdrop of 1,000 acres of the historic park, woodland, and Lambton Castle.
Festival Director, Conleth Maenpaa, said: “Ever since we launched Lindisfarne Festival in 2015, we always planned to put together something for families.”
“Little Lindi will be so much more than just family-friendly – it’s going to be completely family-focused and a brilliant way to introduce kids to the festival experience.”
