A report submitted to the executive board of Lincolnshire‘s East Lindsey District Council has confirmed that the plan to increase the age limit for caravan owners would affect the finances of the park, a report said.

The park involved is the Kingfisher Caravan Park in Skegness, England.

The report stated that an extension to the age limit rule could “reduce” the impact of vans leaving the park, and could therefore safeguard revenues.

East Lindsey District Council previously said it had reviewed its policy and decided that once a caravan located on the site reaches 15 years old, residents can apply for an annual license, which can be issued by the council as many as ten.
