Dashwood Fire Department responded to an RV that caught fire in a compound in block 3300 of Island Highway West in British Columbia‘s Qualicum Beach, a report said.

The vehicle was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived at 5:30 a.m. on October 14, according to Fire Chief Nick Acciavatti. He said no one was inside the vehicle during the fire.

Dashwood Fire responded with two engines, a water tender, and a rescue truck. It also received help from the Qualicum Beach and Coombs fire departments, who also sent one engine each, according to Acciavatti.

The causes of the fire are not yet known. There were no injuries reported.
